Time for the Holidays ~ Smoked Turkey and Ham

For years, Johnston's has been a part of the holiday in many homes. Our turkeys and hams are fresh from regional farms. We use our special blend of seasonings and hickory smoked process to bring you the tastiest hams and turkey in the area. Johnston's smoked turkeys and hams are the ultimate table centerpiece for your holiday setting.

Please give us at least three days to fill your order. You can pick up your order at Johnston's up to the day before Thanksgiving. Store pickup only for this special order.

Smoked Turkey
Hickory smoked on a rotisserie smoker temperature controlled for about five hours. Seasoned with our special blend, our smoked turkey is juicy and sweet...cooked just right! Smoked turkeys are available in two sizes.

Small ~ 14-16 lbs, feeds 15...$35.00

Large ~ ave. 22 lbs, feeds 25...$45.00

Smoked Ham and Boston Butt
Smoked Ham is tenderized and slowly cooked to 155 degrees and smoked for five hours. The special seasonings and slow cooking results in a very juicy ham.

One size ~ ave. 22 lbs, feeds 50...$60.00

Picnic Ham is from the shoulder, tenderized, seasoned and slowly cooked to 155 degrees and smoked for 3-4 hours.

One size ~ ave. 7-8 lbs, feeds 15-20...$30.00

Smoked Boston Butt is seasoned to perfection with Johnston's special rub, hickory smoked for 4-5 hours, brought to tenderness and a taste of perfection.
